Job description

Responsible to do the conversions by utilizing all the leads which we generate through different means and modes. Revenue generation of the company as per the set monthly targets to be achieved. Should take initial meetings and put keen attention in understanding the requirements of clients and provide necessary details and present about our company and the services which we offer. A deep understanding of colorways, popular design elements, architecture and how it all creates a single experience. An ability to research and analyze the latest designs within a client’s industry. Interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and trust with clients. Organizational skills to help document and manage each project. Creativity in both design and application to solve client issues while maintaining their desired aesthetic. Strong problem-solving skills to address conflicts of interest without slowing progress. Meeting with clients and discussing their design needs. Excellent creative, communication, organizational and time management skills. Responsible to meet prospective clients, present designs & close the deal. Creating models and drawings for clients' approval. Answering client questions or concerns about design plans. Pricing fixtures and furniture to help generate accurate remodeling costs. Make sure the monthly targets set by company are met. Quick follow-up with estimation/quotation team to release on-time and follow-up with clients post initial meeting. 

Ideal working days are from Tuesday to Sunday. Monday’s are the weekly off.
