Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Insurance Voice Process Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from policyholders, assisting with policy inquiries, claims processing, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to generate policy lead also handle insurance inquiries and claims.
Providing accurate information about insurance products and services.
Processing policy changes, renewals, and cancellations.
Assisting customers with claim submissions and updates.
Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues when necessary.
Maintaining customer records and ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
Collaborating with other departments to improve overall customer satisfaction.
Adhering to company policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
·      Candidate must have own laptop or Computer
·      High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
·      Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the insurance industry.
·      Strong verbal and written communication skills.
·      Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to handle challenging situations calmly.
·      Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM software is a plus.
·      Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
·      · Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
