We are searching for a highly observant insurance consultant/advisor to render accurate support on behalf of our company. The insurance consultant should gather client’s insurance requirements, deliver appropriate guidance, and suggest our company insurance policy to match the clients needs.

Requirement's:

The Insurance Consultant/Advisor will be responsible for handling a team of advisors and driving the development of a strong variable agency model in the assigned geography. Achieving top-line revenue targets through the variable agency model and meeting renewal targets for the channel will be key responsibilities.

Candidates must have excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills, along with a strong knowledge of the life insurance market and products. Prior experience in building and scaling a sales team is preferred, and fluency in Hindi and English is required.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Build and organize a strong pipeline of candidates
• Use search platforms like LinkedIn and cold-call through different databases (Naukri, Indeed, Monster, IIMJobs, etc.)
• Act as a consultant for hiring managers and candidates through every step of their interview process
• Collaborate with other team members to push business forward
• Become an EXPERT in hiring Marketing, Sales and Events specialists positions.
• Explain various insurance policies and products to potential and existing clients, guiding them towards the best coverage
• Issue quotes, maintain client records, prepare reports, and answer client questions about insurance plans and policies

• Suggest modifications and updates to existing clients insurance policies
• Build customized insurance policies and packages
• Source potential clients through professional networks, cold calls, and referrals
• Advise clients on potential risks and benefits of each policy
