*Requirements:*
- 1-2 years of experience in insurance sales (life, health, or general insurance)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of insurance products and regulations
- Professional certifications (e.g., IRDAI, CFP) are an advantage
