Job Description

Responsibilities

Evaluate client needs and provide expert advice on insurance coverage options.

Develop comprehensive plans to secure our client's financial futures.

Communicate policy details clearly and answer client questions efficiently.

Maintain and update knowledge of insurance laws, market trends, and products.

Develop and foster ongoing relationships with clients, providing top-notch service.

Will understand their requirements and recommend policies or features that are best suited for them.

The medium for interaction with customers will be via WhatsApp/Chat.

Will be hand-holding users in their insurance buying journey.

Skills:

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Good knowledge of the insurance sector.

Great organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
