Store Operations:

• Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth functioning.
• Implement and maintain store policies, procedures, and standards.
• Manage store opening and closing procedures.

Team Management:

• Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates and supervisors.
• Schedule staff shifts and manage employee attendance.
• Set performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Foster a positive and motivating work environment.

Customer Service:

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints and inquiries professionally.
• Train staff on effective customer service techniques.

Sales & Profitability:

• Drive store sales to meet or exceed targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and promotional activities.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, making adjustments as needed to achieve business goals.

Inventory Management:

• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for stock orders.

Visual Merchandising:

• Maintain attractive and effective store displays and merchandising.
• Ensure the store layout and product placement align with brand guidelines.
• Implement seasonal and promotional displays to drive sales.

Financial Management:

• Manage the store budget, including expenses, payroll, and sales forecasts.
• Monitor and report on financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profits.
• Handle cash management, banking, and reconciliation.

Reporting & Analysis:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Implement action plans based on data analysis to improve store performance.

Health & Safety Compliance:

• Ensure the store complies with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
• Train staff on health and safety procedures.
