**Job Title: Inside Sales Manager (Individual Contributor)**

**We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Manager to join our team and drive our sales efforts.
**Position Overview:**As an Inside Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying and engaging potential clients. You will work closely with our marketing and product teams to effectively communicate the value of our EdTech solutions. This is an individual contributor role where your sales expertise and passion for education will shine.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Lead Generation:** Identify and qualify leads through research, networking, and outreach efforts. Leverage various channels, including social media and industry events, to generate interest.
- **Sales Strategy:** Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- **Client Engagement:** Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing how our solutions address the needs of educators and institutions.
- **Consultative Selling:** Build strong relationships with prospects by understanding their unique challenges and providing tailored solutions.
- **Pipeline Management:** Maintain accurate records of sales activities and progress in our CRM system. Monitor and report on key metrics to assess performance.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with marketing and product teams to align messaging and ensure a consistent approach to client engagement.
- **Feedback Loop:** Gather insights from prospects and clients to provide valuable feedback to the product team for continuous improvement.
**Qualifications:**
- BE, MBA , BCA , MCA or any degree
- 1+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the EdTech or technology sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the education landscape and key decision-makers within educational institutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Lead square ) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and a passion for education.
