Job Description
About the internship
1. Handle communication with prospects, follow up on sales leads, and handle customer queries
2. Sell the right product that meets customer requirements, prepare sales quotations, and drive order closure independently
3. Close deals with a high conversion rate
4. Manage the end-to-end sales cycle
Requirements:
1. Freshers/Experienced candidates with sales acumen
2. Experience (0-1 year) selling to consumers/businesses in India and have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
3. Familiar with how Indian taxation & compliances work
4. The hunger to constantly learn and innovate
5. Outstanding presentation and communication skills and the ability to convince prospects

Perks
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 300000 to 500000 /year
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 5000 per no. of closures).
