Inside Sales Executive
Job Description:-
Managing pipelines and moving opportunities along the sales cycle to closure
Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
Closing sales and achieving quotas
The candidate will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales opportunities.
Interact with potential and existing customers through emails, telephone calls, and live website chats to persuade them to purchase companies' products and services.
They generate qualified leads, create suitable quotes, and process purchase orders
Maintain relationships with key customer
Should be comfortable making calls to prospective participants.
Creating and maintaining the customer database.
Analyzing multiple market factors for customer problems/needs and recommending appropriate solutions
Developing new leads.
Proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with the existing customers
Explaining product features and benefits.
Candidate should be comfortable in talking and handling interested participants on phone.
In order to be successful in this role and meet or exceed quota, this candidate should feel comfortable communicating with prospects via phone and email who are discovered through a variety of avenues
