Aromaaz International Pvt. Ltd., a leader in the essential oils and natural products industry, is looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team! Key Responsibilities:
1-Engage with potential clients and customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats.
2-Understand customer needs and recommend products from our range of essential oils and wellness products.
3-Manage and nurture customer relationships to drive sales and repeat business.
4-Follow up on leads, convert inquiries into sales, and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
5-Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support promotional campaigns and product launches.
What We’re Looking For:
1-1-3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or tele sales (preferably in FMCG, wellness, or related sectors).
2-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
3-Strong customer orientation with a focus on delivering value and building long-term relationships.
4-Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
