Outline
You shall be responsible for meeting monthly and annual sales
targets by responding to the leads generated by the way of mass mailing, phone
& emails. Coordinating with production and stores to execute the orders
within the stipulated timelines. Generating sales reports & carrying out
proactive sales activities.
Job Description
- Identifying & collecting prospective
customer’s data & making entry into the database
- Sending e-catalogues to the respective
segments of the new/prospecting customer database
- Help fixing appointments with prospects
and customers for sales representatives
- Handling sales calls, emails
and assisting prospects/customers in selecting the right product
for their application
- Preparing and Maintaining sales records
- Quotes, Customer Purchase orders, Sale orders, Bill of material,
Invoices etc.,
- Coordinating with
marketing department to create marketing support
material/customer references
- Coordinating with production department
to ensure timely deliveries to customer.
- Generate monthly sales reports, sales
order forecasting, sales by product lines.

Graduate in Engineering
Salary
- Salary Will be set between 17,000/Month to 22,000/Month
- Food - Lunch will
be provided by company
