1. Preparing Quotations
2. Preparing POs
3. Product delivery
4. Delivery tracking
5. Payment follow-ups
6. Email
7. Customer interaction8. Billing
Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
Present and demonstrate company products or services to potential customers.
Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and sales growth.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and manage accounts in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Follow up with potential clients to close sales, address queries, or provide additional information.
Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Participate in regular sales meetings and provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.
