Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities including
1. Creator Identification: Differentiate between creators and influencers, with a keen eye for individuals who may not yet have a large following but demonstrate the potential to create outstanding content
2. Content Ideation: Develop creative content ideas that resonate with our target audience and fit seamlessly with our brand message
3. Content Creation: Collaborate with creators to bring your content ideas to life, ensuring high-quality, authentic user-generated content
4. Campaign Strategy: Devise and execute influencer marketing campaigns that spotlight user-generated content and align with our brand's objectives
5. Performance Tracking: Analyze campaign performance data and metrics, constantly optimizing strategies to maximize ROI and engagement
6. Budget Management: Efficiently allocate the influencer marketing budget to achieve cost-effective results while prioritizing user-generated content
7. Cross-Team Coordination: Collaborate with the performance marketing team to gain insights and coordinate efforts, ensuring a unified approach to marketing
8. Compliance: Ensure all partnerships adhere to legal and ethical guidelines, including FTC regulations
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
2. Proven experience in influencer marketing, with expertise in recognizing and nurturing emerging content creators
3. Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
5. Creative thinker with a deep understanding of how to identify and nurture content creators
