Overview:
The Import Executive will be responsible for managing and coordinating all activities related to the import of goods, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, and maintaining efficient and effective processes for timely shipment and clearance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Pre-Shipment Document Review: Check all pre-shipment documents for accuracy and completeness. Revise documents in case of errors to ensure compliance with international shipping standards.
2. Compliance and Registration Reporting: Prepare and maintain compliance and registration reports. Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements
3. License Generation: Generate necessary licenses from DGFT for SIMS, PIMS, CHIMS, and WPC's ETA before shipment arrival.
- Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in import/export operations or a similar role.
