Roles and Responsibilities:

• Initiate contact with potential clients through assigned leads and secure appointments
• Understand client’s immigration requirements through effective communication.
• Counsel clients on PR /Business/Investment visa processes and requirements.
• Provide clear and accurate information based on current immigration laws and policies
• Make outbound calls to leads, answering inquiries about visa applications and guiding them through the sign-up process.
• Conduct sales pitches to engage prospects and successfully close deals.
• Identify new opportunities to expand the existing client network
• Maintain detailed and organized records of client interactions using the CRM system.
• Meet the assigned targets
• Support clients in gathering necessary documentation for applications
