4. Ventilator and life-support management
5. Code blue and emergency response
6. Collaboration with ICU team
7. Documentation and record-keeping

Education and Qualifications:
1. MBBS degree
2. BHMS/BAMS
3. Registration with Medical Council of India (MCI) or State Medical Council

2. Critical thinking and problem-solving
3. Effective communication
4. Teamwork and collaboration
5. Ability to work under pressure
Salary Range (in India):
1. Entry-level (0-2 years): ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month
2. Experienced (2-3 years): ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 per month
