Role and responsibilities

· Schematic Drawing Analysis: Study schematic drawings to plan and execute the installation of HVAC systems.

· Site Management: Oversee and manage HVAC works at project sites, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and project specifications.

· Quantity Surveying: Knowledge of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and proficient in measurement of site for accurate project cost estimation.

· Billing Procedure: Manage and execute billing procedures accurately and efficiently.

· Coordination: Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless project execution.

· Client and Consultant Interaction: Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

· Material Management: Efficiently manage the procurement and tracking of materials required for HVAC installations.
