Job Description

HVAC ENGINEER ( Chiller low side works / Rigging pipe / piping / insulation/ Ducting / DX unit /vrf )

Responsibilities:

Design HVAC systems for new construction projects.

Perform load calculations to determine the appropriate size of HVAC systems.

Prepare detailed designs, blueprints, and specifications.

Evaluate and recommend energy-efficient HVAC solutions.

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot HVAC systems.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors.

Ensure compliance with local and federal regulations.

Conduct regular maintenance checks and service existing HVAC systems.

Provide technical support and training to junior staff.

Stay up to date with advancements in HVAC technologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Strong understanding of HVAC principles and practices.

Experience with HVAC design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).

Knowledge of local and federal HVAC regulations and standards.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.
