As a Human Resources Intern at 21knots, you will be responsible for the following:
Role & responsibilities
1. Conducting sourcing activities for open positions
2. Involvement in recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews, etc.)
3. Making SOPs and policies
4. Conducting onboarding and exit process
5. Handling HRIS software and Employee grievances.
6. Handling other HR-related jobs assigned from time to time
Preferred candidate profile
1. Preference for any graduate / MBA or PGDHRM (preferred).
2. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workloads.
4. A creative thinker and proactive problem solver.
5. General computer proficiency.
6. Possess good communication skills.
7. Possess leadership qualities.
