Assist in Recruiting, Screening Resume, Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
Maintain and Update Candidate records both Physical and Digital ensuring all data is accurate and Confidential.
Provides support in HR operations, HR policies and performance management document.
Handle day to ay inquiries from employees and management.
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including setting up workstations and preparing onboarding materials.
Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
Maintain and update employee records and databases.
Support the HR team with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling meetings.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives as required.
