Job Description

Qualification-Graduate or in final year

Experience- At least 4-6 months internship experience

Location- Remote

Stipend- 6K- 13K+PPO

About the Role:
As a Management Trainee at Karyarth, you'll play a pivotal role in recruitment and specifically handling different cliental requirements. You'll have the opportunity to get the chance to build one of the fastest-growing recruitment companies in India and also get the chance to become part of the revolution of bringing India back to work.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Sourcing potential candidates using various online platforms

2) Doing end to end recruitment

3)interviewing candidates via various mediums

4) Taking follow ups and feedback

5) Handling different clients requirements
