Job Description

Internship Overview:

We are offering an exciting internship opportunity in Human Resources. This unpaid internship will provide you with hands-on experience and the opportunity to gain a deep understanding of HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in recruitment processes including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support HR team in day-to-day operations including onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance-related tasks.
  • Maintain HR records, ensuring all employee data is up-to-date and organized.
  • Assist in developing, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Help with organizing training sessions and events for employees.
  • Participate in HR meetings, taking minutes and providing follow-up reports.
  • Assist in employee communication and other HR activities.
Qualifications:
  • Current student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated and willing to take initiative.
