Internship Overview:
We are offering an exciting internship opportunity in Human Resources. This unpaid internship will provide you with hands-on experience and the opportunity to gain a deep understanding of HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processes including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support HR team in day-to-day operations including onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance-related tasks.
- Maintain HR records, ensuring all employee data is up-to-date and organized.
- Assist in developing, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
- Current student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated and willing to take initiative.
