Job Description

Job Title: HR Recruitment Intern (Work from Home - 3-Month Internship)

Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Duration: 3 Months

Stipend: Up to ₹45,000 (based on performance)

Job Overview: We are seeking a HR Recruitment Intern to assist with recruiting, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment: Source candidates through online platforms.

Interviewing: Conduct virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability.

Selection: Assist in the selection process and finalize hires.

Qualifications:

Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to manage tasks remotely.
