Recruitment Process Management:
Engage in comprehensive training to understand recruitment fundamentals.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and contribute to sourcing strategies.
Manage the recruitment cycle, from candidate sourcing to on-boarding, with guidance from senior team members.
Sourcing and Candidate Engagement:
Strategize to identify and attract top talent across various industries and regions.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs, fostering long-term relationships with potential candidates.
Support in organizing and participating in recruitment events, job fairs, and networking sessions.
Recruitment Tools and Systems:
Learn to effectively use CEIPAL (ATS) and other recruitment tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Assist in maintaining and updating candidate records in the system.
Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives:
Contribute to initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion within the recruitment process.
Assist in collecting feedback from candidates and hiring managers to identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process.
Market Research & Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends, and market insights to improve recruitment strategies.
Analyze recruitment data and metrics to evaluate sourcing effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Education: Any Bachelor Degree
Experience: Fresher / 1 to 2 Years of Experience
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in recruitment software (preferably CEIPAL (ATS)).
Analytical skills to assess recruitment metrics and trends.
