Job Description

Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals & other channels.
Screen resumes and job applications.
Conduct initial telephonic interview.
Schedule & coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate database & track recruitment metrics.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and qualifications.
Source potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
Provide timely updates to hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Negotiate job offers and handle onboarding processes.
