Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented fresher to join our HR team as an HR Recruiter. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting potential candidates for various entry-level positions within our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and help build effective recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities:

Utilize job portals, social media, and other channels to source potential candidates.
Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
Assist in preparing job descriptions and posting job openings.
Participate in career fairs and recruitment events as needed.
Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate candidate documentation.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Detail-oriented and organized approach to work.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
