Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation.

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.

Source and screen potential candidates through various channels.

Conduct initial interviews and facilitate interview sessions with hiring managers.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and stakeholders.

Maintain a database of candidate profiles and track recruitment metrics.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and preferences.

Conduct background checks and reference checks as required.

Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure smooth transitions.
