Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent in the
Insurance Industry( Preferred Life Insurance)
Screen resumes and conduct telephonic and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fitment
Collaborate with clients to understand job requirements and prepare a roadmap to deliver them
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates and industry contacts through social media, professional organizations, and other channels
Manage the end-to-end smooth candidate experience from connecting to onboarding
Use recruitment platform to manage your candidate pipeline and track your progress
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruiting and the insurance industry
Adhere to the TAT in delivering the projects.
