Key Responsibilities- Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the company.
- Job Posting: Write and post job descriptions on relevant job boards and social media platforms.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Interviews: Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Employer Branding: Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work.
- Networking: Attend job fairs, industry events, and networking sessions to build relationships with potential candidates.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
- Compliance: Ensure all hiring practices comply with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
- Reporting: Provide regular recruitment metrics and reports to the HR Manager.
Qualifications- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
- Familiarity with social media recruiting and professional networking sites (e.g., LinkedIn).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Certifications: SHRM-CP, PHR, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
