⦁ Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications and fit.
⦁ Coordinate and conduct in-depth interviews, including technical assessments for development roles.
⦁ Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment support.
⦁ Negotiate offers and effectively communicate terms and conditions of employment with candidates.
⦁ Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
⦁ Maintain and update the recruitment database with candidate information and recruitment activity.
⦁ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
