Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to offering and onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and candidate profiles.
Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract top talent within the healthcare sector.
Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule face-to-face interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet ongoing hiring needs.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Skills:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple positions and candidates simultaneously.
Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its recruitment needs.
