JOB SUMMARY: To develop HR policies for employee high performance by creating a culture in organization for attracting new talents and retaining the existing employees.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY
1. Prepare all HR related documents.
2. Recruitment and Staffing
3. Performance Management
4. Tracking employee performance and provide training and support to improve.
5. Improving work culture in organization for team building .
6. Communication with team on owner’s Behalf
7. Helping CEO in work co-ordination.
EDUCATION
a. Minimum Education :- Graduate in any discipline
b. Technical Education :- MBA in HR
EXPERIENCE
a. Maximum Experience :- 5 years
b. Minimum Experience :- 1 Years
BEHAVIROUAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS
a. Fluent in English
b. Good communication skills (Writing & Speaking both)
