Job Title: HR Internship

We are looking for an enthusiastic Intern to support our HR team in managing day-to-day HR functions and contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture.

Role Overview:
The Intern will work closely with the HR department to assist with recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment Support: Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Employee Records: Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Onboarding: Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documentation and orientation materials.
• Employee Engagement: Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events to boost morale and company culture.
• Training and Development: Help coordinate training sessions and maintain training records.
• HR Administration: Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports and handling HR correspondence.
• Compliance: Assist in ensuring that the company adheres to HR policies and employment laws.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
