Working Days: 5days (Monday to Friday)

Stipend: ₹10,000 per month

Your Role:

• Talent Acquisition: Create and post compelling job ads to attract top candidates.
• Application Screening: Review resumes and application forms to identify promising talent.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews to ensure a seamless process for candidates.
• Data Management: Maintain up-to-date employee information in our internal databases.
• Payroll Assistance: Help collect payroll data to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Reporting: Compile and generate insightful HR reports.
• Employee Support: Address employee queries and provide clear, helpful information.
• Policy Communication: Assist in communicating and distributing company policies effectively.
• Event Organization: Participate in organizing company events and HR activities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Previous HR internship experience is a plus.
