#URGENT HIRING

JOB DESCRIPTION: HR INTERN

• We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and driven HR intern to assist our HR department with administrative and HR-related tasks.
• Duration of Internship will be 2- 3 months.
• Qualification of the candidates should be BBA/ B.COM /MBA
• Stipend- 10,000/ month.
• It will be Work from Office

PPO will be offered after successful completion of the internship (BASED ON PERFORMANCE)

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment Support:

• Assist with job postings on various job boards and the company website.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Participate in interviews and provide feedback.

Onboarding:

• Help prepare onboarding materials for new hires.
• Assist in conducting orientation sessions for new employees.
• Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and filed.

Employee Records Management:

• Maintain and update employee records and databases.
• Assist with the filing and organization of employee documents.

HR Administration:

• Provide administrative support to the HR department, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing calendars.
• Assist with the preparation of HR reports and presentations.
