Job Description: HR Intern
Location: Pan India (Hyderabad & Mumbai (Mira Bhayandar, Thane) Work from Office & Balance all Location Work from home, client visit (field job),or hybrid (based on selection and location) 
Internship Details:
 Duration: 3 months
 Working Days: 6 days a week
 Stipend: ₹10,000 per month (Stipend paid after successful completion of two months)
o First-month stipend paid after completion of the second month
o Second and third-month stipend paid on completion of the third month
o Internship completion certificate provided
 Additional Perks:
o Travel and food allowance for client visits or job fairs
o Referral bonuses, which can be withdrawn anytime
Roles and Responsibilities:
 Educate users and clients on Karands' services and provide product demos of SaaS tools like CRM, HRMS, and ERP Complete tasks related to Background Verification, Recruitment, and HR Support functions for clients
 Assist in the development of Job Descriptions (JDs) to meet clients' hiring requirements
 Provide HR support services including candidate onboarding and job role assessments
 Participate in recruitment and hiring processes such as posting jobs, sourcing candidates, and conducting initial screening
 Create PowerPoint presentations, reports, and banners when necessary

 Industry Exposure: Gain experience working in diverse industries and sectors
 Networking Opportunities: Engage with market leaders and assist them in their HR tasks
 SaaS Experience: Use advanced HRMS, CRM, ERP, and other business tools
 HR Functions: Get practical exposure to hiring processes, background verification, and handling HR support roles

Qualifications:
 Educational Background: Recent graduates (2023/2024) with degrees in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
 Basic knowledge of HR functions, recruitment, and background verification

Procedure to Apply for HR Internship Candidates:

o If WFH: Must have access to a laptop with a strong internet connection (minimum speed of 40 Mbps)
o If Hybrid: The company will provide technical equipment required for the role
Steps to Apply:
1. Shortlisting:
o Once shortlisted, experienced candidates will receive an email containing a referral code and a promo code for registration on karands.
2. Platform Registration:
o Candidates must register on the karands platform using the provided referral and promo codes.
o Verification Process:
o Once registered, candidates must submit their details and documents for verification.
o The verification process will be completed within 15 days*.
3. Interview Rounds:
o Following successful verification, the candidate will move on to the interview stage.
Platform Benefits:
 If not selected, candidates can continue using the platform to apply for other full-time jobs, freelance positions, or support roles that offer passive income until a suitable full-time job is secured.
Note*:
 Some candidates may proceed to interviews without verification.
 In certain cases, even after verification, candidates may not move forward based on job requirements or the number of early applicants.
