Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment by posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Support onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation and documentation.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Participate in employee engagement activities and events.
Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
Help draft and update HR policies and procedures.
Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute to HR projects.
Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in a career in human resources.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
