Key Responsibilities:
Assist with job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
Provide support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Help coordinate and execute new hire onboarding processes, including preparing orientation materials and conducting initial employee orientation sessions.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accurate and confidential information.
Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing HR documents, handling employee queries, and managing HR filing systems.
Assist with ensuring HR policies and procedures are followed, and support compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
Assist with organizing HR events, such as team-building activities, employee recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
