· Design and implementation of high-quality HR products, processes and services. Ensure the application of HR solutions across business units. Ensure adequate testing and piloting of HR solutions before roll-out.
· Prepare, present and deliver strategies for talent acquisition, operation training, executive learning and development and compensation & benefits.
· Manage the HR shared services team, including coaching, training, and developing team members to ensure the highest level of service delivery.
· Oversee the development and implementation of policies, processes, and programs that enhance organizational effectiveness.
· Create and present business cases for the initiation of projects designed to increase internal customer satisfaction with HR products, processes and services.
· Define annual HR process cycle and dates including performance management, succession planning, workforce planning, annual salary reviews, etc.
· Track and monitor implementation and application of HR processes and initiatives.
· Ownership of change management initiatives and stakeholder’s alignment.
Collaborate with other HR teams to ensure seamless delivery of HR services· Post Graduate degree with relevant HR professional qualifications
· 12+ years relevant experience, including specialist experience in talent management and development
