Job Overview:We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Executive to join our team and play a crucial role in managing our human resources functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling HR activities, supporting recruitment, managing employee relations, and ensuring the smooth implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Job Summary:The HR Executive will manage the day-to-day HR operations and support the HR department in various functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and HR compliance. This role requires a proactive, organized, and people-oriented individual who can effectively communicate with employees at all levels and provide support to help build a positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires, including document verification, orientation, and introduction to company policies and culture.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing concerns, providing guidance on HR policies, and resolving workplace issues. Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and resolving conflicts when necessary.
- Performance Management: Assist in the performance management process by coordinating reviews, setting performance objectives, and tracking progress. Support managers in addressing employee performance issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Training & Development: Coordinate and support training programs to enhance employee skills and development. Monitor and track training initiatives to ensure alignment with business goals and employee career growth.
- HR Administration: Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and database management. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Compensation & Benefits: Assist in administering compensation and benefits programs, including payroll support, employee benefits communication, and ensuring that employees are aware of available programs.
- Employee Engagement: Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, team-building events, and recognition programs to foster a positive workplace culture and high employee morale.
- Compliance & Policies: Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and HR regulations. Stay up-to-date with legal changes and provide recommendations to ensure compliance.
- HR Reporting: Assist with HR metrics and reporting, including turnover rates, recruitment status, training effectiveness, and other key HR performance indicators.
Qualifications and Skills:- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in the IT or technology industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, recruitment processes, and labor laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee matters.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR management software (HRIS).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
