HR Executive 

Roles and Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Management:

Support the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.

Assist in the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.

Recruitment and Hiring:

Post job requirements on various platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other relevant job portals.

Screen and shortlist candidates based on their qualifications and experience.

Assist in conducting interviews and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Employee Relations:

Assist in managing employee relations, performance reviews, and development programs.

Address and help resolve employee concerns and conflicts effectively.

Compliance and Best Practices:

Ensure compliance with labor laws and best HR practices.

Assist in maintaining and updating HR policies and procedures.

Workplace Culture:

Support in fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Assist in organizing team-building activities and employee engagement programs.

Requirements:

Proven experience in an HR role (1-2 years).

Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to manage and resolve conflicts effectively.
