Job description
1.Ensure statutory compliance renewals as per Factories Act (Able to handle the Govt Officials).

2.Take care for daily Administrative operation.

3.Canteen Management.

4.Maintaining records, attendance and data of each employee and providing them to the management team when required.
Mandatory Skills and Requirements
Good at Reporting Skills

Ability to work as a part of a team.

Active listening skills.

Comfortable with the use of Microsoft Office applications.

Understanding of the HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and its usage
