Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Contribute to the overall hiring strategy of Vendiman Private Limited business to ensure our teams consist of a diverse set of qualified individuals
2. Ensure the hiring needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind
3. Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants, such as employer branding initiatives
4. Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience
5. Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations
6. Negotiate compensation, and roll out offer letters
7. Engage with candidates pre and post-joining to give them a seamless onboarding experience
8. Collate feedback from candidates on Day 1, Week 1, after 30 days, and after 3 months to curb early attrition
9. Drive monthly and quarterly engagement activities
10. Drive dipstick surveys and feedback on training programs
Skills:
1. Superior communication and interaction skills (English)
2. Should be sincere and hardworking and must be open to handling the pressure
3. Should be able to work independently
4. Self-motivated with business acumen skills
5. Numerical skills, ability to do basic calculations
6. Understanding of compensation structure
7. Knowledge of Excel, should know vlookup, pivot functions
