HR Operation
• HR Helpdesk and resolution of employee queries within TAT.
• Work on dashboards for analytical purposes to the Business
• Managing database and responsible for all HR related MIS reports.
• Providing inputs for Medical benefits, Maternity leaves, Gratuity and Paid leaves.
• Coordinating for Background Verification Check such as Date of Joining, Date of Relieving,
Salary, Designation etc. given by the ex-employee
• Single point of contact for all Policy related changes/additions to the Employee Handbook
• Extract report from Service Now and monitor open employee enquiries and ensure all open
tickets are closed within SLA by team.
• Analyze data trends & develop action plans using data for education and process change.
• Preparation and review of Standard Operating Procedures, regulatory & Process specifications
