Job Description:

We, Resolin Technology, are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR and Operations Manager to join our team in Jorhat, Assam. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management, human resources, and basic accounting, with a proven ability to lead teams and solve problems effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Management and HR: Oversee day-to-day operations, manage staff, and ensure smooth business functions. Handle recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with HR policies.

2. Communication: Exhibit excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Assamese. Serve as a liaison between different departments and external partners.

3. Written Communication: Prepare, review, and improve documents, reports, and correspondence in English with clarity and precision.

4. Problem Solving and Leadership: Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency, resolve conflicts, and guide teams towards achieving company goals.

5. Basic Accounting and GST: Maintain basic accounting records, manage invoicing, and ensure compliance with GST regulations.

6. Experience: Bring 1-5 years of relevant experience in HR, operations, or management roles.

7. Education: Hold a Bachelor’s degree as a minimum qualification. An MBA is preferred and will be considered an advantage.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree (mandatory); MBA preferred.

- 1-5 years of experience in management, HR, or operations.

- Strong communication skills in English and Assamese (both verbal and written).

- Proficiency in basic accounting principles and GST regulations.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with a leadership mindset.
