Job Title: HR Administrator

Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and efficient HR Administrator to support our Human Resources department. The HR Administrator will handle a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations, including maintaining employee records, supporting the recruitment process, coordinating employee onboarding, and providing general administrative support to the HR team. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Employee Records Management
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and physical files.
- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality in all HR databases.
- Track employee attendance, leaves, and other related records.
- Recruitment Support
- Assist in posting job openings on job boards and company career pages.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
- Support pre-employment processes, including background checks and reference verification.
- Onboarding and Offboarding
- Prepare onboarding materials and support new hire orientation sessions.
- Handle documentation for new hires and coordinate initial training sessions.
- Assist in managing the offboarding process, including exit interviews and document retrieval.
- Employee Relations and Engagement
- Support HR team in organizing company events, meetings, and other employee engagement activities.
- Address basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Compliance and Policy Administration
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and practices in line with company guidelines and legal requirements.
- Maintain compliance-related documents and assist with audits as necessary.
- Administrative Support
- Assist in preparing HR reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and other logistics for HR-related events.
- Manage HR department supplies and resources.
Qualifications and Skills- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR administrative or similar role.
- Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS and other HR software.
- Knowledge: Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
