Job includes cleaning and maintaining a variety of areas, as well as providing customer service:

Cleaning: Clean and sanitize a variety of areas, including rooms, offices, public areas, and restrooms. They may also wash dishes, utensils, and appliances.

Maintaining inventory: May stock and maintain supplies, and monitor inventory levels.

Responding to requests May respond to requests from guests and other departments, such as for extra supplies, room cleaning, or special requests.

Reporting issues: May report maintenance issues, breakages, damages, and safety issues.

Providing customer service: May provide basic information on facilities, handle complaints, and maintain a positive relationship with guests and employees.
