Objective

Living Studio is a renowned guest house and hotel providing top-notch hospitality services. We are dedicated to offering exceptional experiences to our guests, and we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team and drive both operational excellence and business growth.

Responsibilities:

 Oversee daily operations of the guest house and hotel to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

 Manage staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management.

 Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality.

 Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.

 Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

 Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and increase business revenue.

 Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other partners.

 Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.

 Coordinate marketing efforts, including promotions and special events.

 Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.

 Monitor financial performance and implement measures to improve profitability.

 Prepare regular financial and operational reports for senior management.

 Ensure an exceptional guest experience from check-in to check-out.

 Implement guest feedback mechanisms to continually improve services.

 Create a welcoming and hospitable environment for all guests.

Qualifications and Skills:

 Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the hotel business.

 Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

 Strong leadership and team management skills.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Proven experience in business development and revenue generation.

 Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

 Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office Suite.

 A proactive and results-oriented approach.
