Job Description

Home Automation Engineer responsible for providing quotation, handling the client, implementing and overseas the progress of the project till completion. Guiding the engineers to the work location, collecting the progress and report to the management.

Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain home automation systems for our clients.

Work with our sales and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with home automation systems.

Keep up-to-date with the latest home automation technology trends and advancements.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of home automation systems, protocols, and standards, such as Z-Wave, Zigbee, and Bluetooth.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
