Job description
Active Directory user management and knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP and DNS
Troubleshooting Network connectivity in a LAN/WAN environment
Hands-on experience in MS-Outlook configuration & Troubleshooting
Hardware and Networking Troubleshooting
Maintain documentation for network configurations, procedures, and policies.
Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.
Required Candidate profile:
Excellent problem solving and multitasking skills
Microsoft outlook
Knowledge of network troubleshooting, Ethernet and IP configuration
Thorough understanding of networking protocols and best practices.
Experience with network hardware (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls).
Hands-on experience with server administration and virtualization technologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
